This site has the mission to be the central resource for filmmaking in Scotland and to do that it needs your help.

We need contacts for everything and everyone film and or film related.

But we are not just going to sit back and try to build a community, oh no we are going one step better. Scottish Filmmakers of SFM is also creating projects and learning by doing. Our intention is to film one to two short films a month and post the process and finished result on this site. As we make the films we will be detailing the companies and locations we use, the crew we managed to get a hold of and all the general stuff that makes filming so interestin.
